Differencies at Trial Balance (Form ) and Summary/Detail Trial Balance Report

Dear All,

I want to ask, why our Trial Balance ( At GL Module, Trial Balance , For Account BANK USD and SGD ) has different value if we compare with Summary/Detail Trial Balance Report at GL Module, Report.

Anyone has experience this.

    Hi Benjamin84,

    Have you applied any filter in the first or second report that would result in this difference?

    Can you actually pin down the difference and see the voucher that causes it?

    At Trial Balance Form, its parameter still use old date.

    Hi Michael Escudero,

    Would you be so kind and create a new thread in this forum and add some additional information on the problem that you have?

    If you create and save some screenprints then you can upload them, which makes it easier to identify your problem and give you some hints how to overcome the issue.

    Hi Michael,

    for early work-around, maybe you could check the parameter used for start and end date at trial balance form. previously I had wrong start and end date at those parameter.

    for detail solution, you could refer to Ludwig advice.
