Information about the memory and process power required by GP to perform transactions, print reports, etc?

Greetings,

Is there any information about the exact amount of memory/process power that Dynamics GP uses to perform operations like saving  or processing a transaction, or printing a report etc per user?

A customer would like to perform a stress test on the system, but he would like to know beforehand any information we could provide. Sadly we only have official requirements which seems to not be enough in practice.

    Omar,

I am not aware of 'per operation per user' type of numbers anywhere, at least I have not seen anything like that. However, if you could post back with what kind of volume your customer is expecting, that might help the folks on this forum give you some guidelines that are more realistic than the published requirements. As much detail as you have would be helpful, including versions (GP, SQL, OS, virtual?), 3rd party products, numbers of users, modules used that will be used, typical transaction volume expected for each, etc.
