Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a way to utilize SQL Reporting Services to pull out payment information from the SL database? It would seem that we should be able to... Any suggestions on where to start learning the database structure or tools that make that easier?

SSRS loves SL.
Go into the help system and scroll toward the bottom. The database schema is documented very well. Very generally, the information you want is a combo of xxTran, xxDoc, xxAdj where xx is AP, AR, GL, etc.
