How to restore a deleted marketing list

Is it possible to restore a Marketing List that was accidently deleted?  If yes, how?

    The only way I see at the moment is to restore the backup that was made from your production before ML was deleted to some other organization and using some tooling (let's say SSIS) re-create the Marketing list.
