Issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 'Unified Service Desk' Application.

Hello Experts,

Can you please help me to debug and to understand the root cause of the below Issue, Following are the comments from the client.

"Occasionally, Some “existing” individual accounts do not populate on USD at some point but if searched later, it may populate (especially by another user). Hence, hindering the consultant to capture interaction details on a call."

    What do you mean by Not populating? Are these accounts hosted control in USD? Are they opening as part of any session and you are seeing the white screen?

    Can you please explain a bit more?
