A user is getting the below error while approving a requisition in AX 2012. This only affects the workflow for that specific user security role.
Hi Waw,
Please try to:
1. Give access to all legal entities
2. Create new customer role and add Full access to related modules . Give this access to this role to all approvers in all companies.
Give limited access rights to all other user roles.

I have already tried your 1st suggestion but still the same issue.

Please check the following:
1 Clear usaga data of that user from user option.
2. Does the user have sufficient security rights to approve requisition.
3. Did you check if that user is having this issue only on requisition workflow or any other workflow as well. For example: Journal voucher or Purchase order
Thanks alot, the issue was with workflow rights.
The user needed Workflow rights.
