Hi All,

I created view with 2 columns 1 is name & another is value, & I am using that view in lookup, I am getting name in look up whenever I select, but I need value too in another field of same form

You can create a workflow to update value on the form

You can also create a 'quick view form' which shows value just below your lookup.
