I have understood that I can give support to my customers using MY remote assist license. I could be in my office and give this support sending a meeting link. And only my Remote Assist license is required.
I´ve tested it and it works!
But... when my customer installs Remote Assist application in his mobile, he receives a warning that explain that he can only use this tool (Remote Assist) for a trial period of ¿30? days without license.
I thought that we could use this tool whatever we want (always when the call was between us, always using my own Remote Assist license).
So... what is the correct one? Can we use Remote Assist "forever" with my license or he can only use it for a trial period?
