We have recently upgraded CRM 2013 SP1 with UR4. Suddenly our users are getting an Error message while opening downloaded excel file / Template file.
Same Error message even If I download from Entities, Advanced Find or from Data templates (from Data Management)
Getting below error after opening the downloaded file:
I have tried both options like "Auto Save" and "Save as" after clicking download.
By default I am getting ".xlsx" format I have saved the file in ".xls" format. But file opening in encrypted format:
Can someone helps me to resolve this issue.

I wonder if you have the same problem while opening xlsx file?
It seems like this is a limitation for excel templates in CRM to use only xlsx format.
