No products showing when adding 'Existing Product' to a quote line item

Hi,

I have created a product but when I create a quote and add a line item no products are showing. If I try to create a new product from this screen it tells there is a product already there with the same product id. Why are my products not showing?

Hi ,

Can you please check product entity lookup view ( navigate to settings -> customization -> customize the system -> expand product entity -> views -> lookup view ) filter criteria. In addition try to check apply similar lookup view filter criteria in advance find you will be find tje root cause.

Hi,

Please check if the products are in DRAFT state. If Yes, Please Publish the Products from the individual form or from Advanced Find as shown below:

You can also opt to create products in system in Active state by following below steps:

Go to Settings --> Administration --> System Settings --> Sales Tab --> Select "Yes" in Create Products in Active State.

Hi partner,

If you want to add an existing product to the quote line item, this product needs to be used in the product catalog.

In other words, in addition to the fields under the PRODUCT DETAILS tab must be set, the PRICE LIST ITEMS under the ADDITIONAL DETAILS tab should also be set. As the picture shows:

PRICE LIST ITEMS is often overlooked by us.

In addition, only Active products with valid price lists are available on opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices.

So we get the following two points:

The product must be published and the status is Active.

The price lists of the product must be the same as the price lists of quote.

So check the above.
