All Partner Details should be replicated in Teams with their Name & Contact details.
They prefer to check MS Teams for vendors than opening Dyamics and searching for user.
PBX is nothing much Phone calling facilities (Voice Call, Direct cal, Hardphones)

Background: Customer is currently using Axapta (ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) and all vendor & partner details are stored in Axapta ( Backend is SQL Database). The Data is classified, and as per permission based on user department respective Vendor will be visible ( eg: Logistics team can view only Logistics partner details and cant see Sales partner details.)
Currently Users logs in to Axapta search for vendor details and manually dial the number from existing Hard Phones
Requirement:- Users should be able to see All vendors details ( Name, Contact & Email address ) as contact in their MS Teams , so that logging in to Axapta for fetching contact details can be eliminated.
