I followed the sample here for creating a Custom data action calling an external service, and am trying to apply it to my real world use case. My question is, how I can I make the URL configurable, either in the .env file or in an app.settings.json file? I'm not finding any examples of how to accomplish this. I need to be able to set different urls for the different environments, instead of having it hardcoded in the action.
