Customer voice report extract from CRM

Hi, 

I would like to extract all my Customer Voice survey invites from CRM and be able to see the respondent details and variables.

I would also like to print out a Customer Voice blank survey.

    Hi,
     
    According to Microsoft's official documentation, you can export data from all Survey invitations by following these steps.
    Step1, login to Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, select the Survey you want to export data to, and go to "Send" tab.

    Step2, click "Export" on top of the Total invitation tile, the system will export the data and export CSV.

    Step3, Repeat the above steps for each Survey.

    In addition, our team didn't find any valid information about printing Voice of the Customer Survey, you can use the following two alternatives.
    Option 1: You can save the Survey submission page as a "PDF" file and then print the file.

     

    Option 2: You can use Microsoft Forms, which supports the printing of the survey.
