Hello
We are facing a weird issue: a CustomerVoice user created a brand new projet and ... when the person tries answer to the survey when it come to Submit the survey, using the "Submit" button ... nothing happens
Any help will be appreciated

This seems to occur because user created advanced logics but questions concerned in the advanced logic are still flagged mandatory
Quite weird that the tool doesn't provide any feedback to detect the miss-configuration
That's strange. I just did a test myself and found that if a required question is skipped through logic it's not required. The requirement is only valid if the user has the chance to answer the question.
So, I don't believe that should prevent submitting as it did not in my testing.
Unfortunately, I don't know what could be causing that issue. To troubleshoot, I'd find out if every user who tries to submit has the same experience and how they are receiving the link to complete the survey.
