Sharepoint Foundation BP 5.1 x64 Cannot Access Business Portal

We just moved servers for a client from a x32 to x64 and upgraded Sharepoint to 2010 Foundation.  We can access Sharepoint and the port that BP is installed on but when we attempt to hit the BP pages we get this error:

An unexpted error has occured.

Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Sharepoint Foundation.

Correlation ID: 9f098d0c-e5b6-4db8-967a-4c4cd4d8273d

The users can get to the GP Reports just none of the BP pages.  I've added users to a Group called 'Dynamics GP Members' and just to test have added this group to the BP Site with full control but still get the above error.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

    Wally,

For future reference, doing the following will help to provide more information for the errors you're seeing.

    • Open your web.config for the particular SharePoint site.  The path would be something like the following:  d:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\80.
    • Change CustomErrors to False and CallStack to True, and run through your scenario again.  You should get more detail after doing this.

    Thanks

    Rob

    Joe,

    Thanks that worked.

    Wally-

Are the users set up as users in BP?  Were their MBF roles synched up with the SharePoint security groups using the Security Sync Utility?

Those are the first things that come to mind -- user permissions between the MBF roles and the SharePoint security groups.
