rich text editor (RTE) control

Hello , 
 
I am an admin user in environment PROD.
 
After installing wave 1 we have issued in environment PROD. The image was not loaded correctly.
 
 
The image was save in table msdyn_richtextfiles
 
 
 
my setting of the control RTE
 
 
Any Idea to solve this issue.

    I did not reproduce your problem.
    I can display the image in the Image Blob column of the RichTextAttachment entity normally.

    Please check the control used in this 'description' column of current table.
    You need enable RTE control for this column in the form.

    Thanks , my setting of the control RTE.
     
    The control worked correctly y before the update wave.

    I have try with opportunity table and i have the same issue.the image  doesn't load correctly

     When i check msdyn_richtextfiles i found that : The Image Blob was not create for new rows

    Hi,

    I also have a problem regarding the rich text editor (RTE) control as images/pictures uploaded don’t save correctly.
    My environment was scheduled to be updated on April 1st 2024, too, since then we cannot upload images/pictures in a rich text box.
    I’ve tried Copy and Paste, dragging the picture into the Texbox, “Upload from this device”.

    But here is the result:

    And here is the record in the Rich Text Attachments table:


     
    I went into my application Settings > Upcoming features > Disabled modern RichTextEditor for controls and the results are the same…

    It says “Fichier téléversé avec succès.” (File uploaded successfully)
    However, we can see the picture isn’t correctly saved and displayed.
