Hello,
I'm not able to configure MS CRM to Show the Mouseover Content-Editor Window in Portal while moving the mouse over Portal Elements.
I added web role Administrator to my contact but it only shows the following dialog:
How can I activate the mouseover edit dialog?

It depends if the page template contains editable content blocks. If it does you should see the edit dialog over these. The header block is typically editable. Do you see it there?
