Hi All

currently, we are working on the integration between AX 2012 and CRM 2011, and while we are configuring. it is throwning the below ginen error

[Postion Work Assignment Service to HCMPOSITIONWORKERASSIGNMENT] has encountered an error while processing key [RecId|5637177577;]. DateTime is less than minumum value supported by CrmDateTime. Actual value: 01/01/0001 00:00:00, Minimum value supported: 01/01/1900 00:00:00

before posting this i had tried the below thing.

- I found that the there is no records and ax with given date that is (01/01/0001 00:00:00)

- the ax field which is I am mapping is of "DateTime" field

- fields which is of type "Date" is synchronizing properly.

- I tried to map with "Local Date Time"  also with "Value" but in both the case it is returning "01/01/0001 00:00:00"

Please hepl me

Thanks and regards

Subhash

    Hi Subhash,

Are you sending information to AX or retrieving information from AX?

The mimimum time in AX is 01/01/1900 which means the start date is empy.

The maximum date in AX is 31/12/2154 which means there is no end date.

Depening on the technology you are using you have to convert these dates.

as you can see in the above example none of the records contains date outside of given valid range.

though i am facing the problem.

    Hi there,

I am using the CRM connector to migrate date between NAV 2015 and CRM 2015. I encountered the same issue. When passing a date through from NAV to CRM in the connector it would give me this error if the date field was blank.

To get around this you need to use the following function =GetUtcTime(Date Field). This allows for null values.

    Regards

    Barry
