I've the partner source login.But I'm not able to find the RMS sdk. Can someone guide me on how to get the SDK for RMS ?

Thank you for the reply. We're not working with a partner. I did find a reference in this forum to that Retail Relm solution for ticketing. I may give them a call. But first I guess I should determine if RMS can do what I need out of the box.

Are you working with a Partner? If not I would recommend finding a partner to work with so they can help you with your questions as well.
I reached out to a team member and they said you might want to see if this ISV solution can do what you asking if RMS alone can not.
Thank you Nick. That's a shame. I it would be really helpful to have a copy of the guide that goes beyond the basic setup. The information available at the Download Center www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx is incomplete.
I am specifically looking for more information about serialized inventory and what can be done with it. We would like to use RMS to sell bus fare tickets and need to track serial numbers of the ticket media media, and ensure they are sold in order of serial number.
Can someone direct me to this information?

To my knowledge the Customization Guide is only available on CustomerSource and to access CustomerSource you need to have a active service plan.

I have downloaded the trail version of RMS and have 30 days to evaluate. I would like a copy of the customization guide to complete my evaluation. I'm not a partner, but a potential customer.

I mis-stated in my response it was partner only. The customization guide is also available to customers on a active servie plan as well. I have corrected my old response.
