Hi,

I'm using NAV 2016 and I accidentally posted a Sales order incorrectly but I can't seem to unpost it. I can't delete the line or change it at all because I've already shipped it., Is there anyway I can Reverse or unpost this so I can post it correctly?

Please suggest asap.

Hi Rajat,

Did you post invoice for that?

If no then you can reverse it with undo shipment.

GO to posted sales shipment> Line Fast tab> Function> Undo shipment.
