Hi Experts,

I am facing an error when we are trying to send mail from ax "

What's the current AX version in your environment? please have a check below blog.

Further more, suggest you to consider to upgrade your existing environment to D365 F&O. There we have the new SysMailer framework, it's new, extensible way to send email. Please check this docs for more details.

Hi - what class are you using to send the email?

did you SMTP configuration?
