Thanks for the heads-up Stefano on the Azure Speech API.
To expand on this discussion, IFTTT has trigger support alexa, cortana, and google assistant voice commands (I used the latter for home pet projects such as controlling Kodi via webhooks). My first thought was surely these triggers exist for Microsoft Flow.
They do not.

May I request some sample/simple example flow for me to try.
Opening an app is a standard Cortana feature and it don't depends on D365BC. Instead, working on D365BC data is something that it's not out of the box. You can create a customization that uses for example Azure Speech API and then triggers an action inside D365BC. The API you mention uses AI functions for data predictions.
Can it be achieved through kind of customization with the APIs provided (Time Series API for sales and Inventory forecast, Image Analyzer, Late Payment Prediction API).
I tried Cortana speaker (harmon kardon), when I say hey cortana open Business Central it responds and opens Business central.
There's no this feature as default.
