Process Flow - Event Participant CD - D365

Hi, 

I'm trying to populate event participation record through a posted form (CD Form) and a workflow process to assign the record on form submission. 

I can the see form submission works as expected but the workflow doesn't see to be populating the event participation record. 

Are there any obvious errors from my setup that might be causing the issue.

    Hi dcarpenter,

    Maybe you can try to change scope from 'User' to 'Organization' to test again.

    Also. you can go Settings > System Jobs to find the workflow, then to check which step is wrong.

    Hi,

    Please check owner of the Workflow. Since you have selected scope as User, workflow will trigger only for the records which are created and assigned to owner same as workflow owner.

    Please change scope to Organization as suggested by Leah and try again.
