direct link between the GL Entries table and the VAT Entries

Hi All

We are looking for a direct link between the GL Entries table and the VAT Entries - can anyone shed some light on this please? cheers Jay

    I do not think there is a direct relations between the two table. I think you have to use the document no. from the G/L Entry to find the VAT entries that are connected to the document you want to investigate.

    “Transaction No.” is another possibility but it’s similar to “Document No.”. You will need to filter for the VAT gl accounts from the posting setup otherwise you get the other postings too

    Jay,

    Here is my GB country database example. I have the General Ledger Entries and VAT Ledger Entries and you can see the Document No. field links the GLE to VLE.
