Hello,

I want to put Document Template in Lookup Field in my custom entity.

Is it possible ?

There is a option for Article Template, Contract Template, Email Template in Lookup, but there is no option for Document Template.

    Hi Hemzzz,

    What are you trying to do with the lookup field?  

    While it isn't possible to make a lookup field to this entity, it may be possible to achieve what you're trying to do in an alternative way if you explain your process?

    Hi Hemzzz,
    if u scroll down the link i have given(after the verified answer,same issues).as "document template" is system entity thus unable to create lookup field.

    There is no way to add a lookup to this entity - This is one that is non editible in CRM

    hi dude,

    I dont think we can use this document template in the lookup since its not avaiable in the options.

    And even we cant establish a 1:N relation with anything to have this associated lookup.

    hey hemzzz,

    i tried and worked the problem,ya i cant see "document templates" in lookup.i searched for and found this link below,
