Hi,
I would like to set-up a workflow event which checks for changes on the customer card. For specific fields (not all of them) I want to change the workflow status back to 2-CHANGED. However whenever I add multiple conditions just one will work properly. In my example below for example. The message will only pop-up for the Payment Terms Code. How should I set-up these events to work properly?
Edit:
The issue is slightly different. The functionality works for both events, however it only works every other time. First occurent it works, if I switch the same field again then it doesn't. If I repeat this again, the message appears again.

I think to control the changes in several fields you need to do it in the following way:
a) Use only one "A customer record is changed" Event
b) Enter the fields to be modified as follows, first reverting the values entered back and saving them
c) Confirm the changes as follows under Pending Approvals: 0 (when everything is approved)
