Unable to track the emails in CRM which are send from Outlook. Integration done with mscrm and outlook but unable to track the mails replied from outlook to crm.

Unable to track the emails in CRM which are sent from Outlook. Integration done with mscrm and outlook and able to send mails from crm to outlook, but unable to track the mails which are replied to mails  from crm to outlook, with in the CRM

    Alright, I assume its CRM Online to Exchange Online. Are you running Dynamics 365?

    If yes, I would suggest you to use server-side synch and Dynamics 365 App for Outlook since Outlook client is deprecated.

    Yes it is CRM Online to Outlook

    Hi Sandy,

    Can you provide more details? Is it CRM Online? What do you mean by crm-outlook integration, are you using app for outlook or client? Are you using server-side synch?
