Viewing Distributed Campaign Activities

Hello,

I have created a campaign and added activities to it and I have distributed the activities based on the record owners from a marketing list of contacts. Does anyone know where users need to look in CRM to see the activities which have been distributed to them? I know you can see a list of all the activities from within the campaign itself, but in terms of the user journey I would expect them to be able to view the activities under the Activities entity e.g. as an appointment or phone call, however it doesn’t seem to work this way?

Thank you

    Hi Lagda,

Are your activities tasks, phone calls or appointments?

If yes, would you expect a view which include all of these entity records?

    Regards,

    Clofly
