We are having an issue in Customer Insights. When we run our match process we get 2 errors.
1. Unify job fialed due to internal error. try again later
2. Data not found for the matched records in conflation.
Has any had this before or can advise?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused here. Can you please send the instance id to CIHelp@microsoft.com so we can look into the issue? Instance Id can be found from the Customer Insights URL home.ci.ai.dynamics.com/.../home instance id>
