Generating Hardware Station Extension Installer for Android Store Commerce App

The online documentation only contains steps to generate hardware station extension for a Windows dedicated hardware station (Output is .exe). We have Android devices with dedicated hardware stations and plan to develop a payment device connector. Could you please provide steps for generating hardware station extension installer for An Android Microsoft Store Commerce App?
