MR Datamart integration (data synchronization error pre-warning)

Hallo Guys

We would like to for AX2012R2 and MR 2012 data mart integration, if there is any possibility to know before hand if there is any error in data synchronization rather than finance user informing us later (to avoid preventive error in report data)?

You can check the event logs in the MR configuration console for possible errors.

Hi Kumar,

We have a feature to do just that. The 'notification settings' on the ERP integrations in configuration console allow you to have Management Reporter send you an email alert whenever an error is encountered in the integration. I recommend having it set to immediate so you get to know as soon as possible if there will be any potential data issues in reports.

You can also check the factstaging table in the datamart. This should be empty. if its not you have problems. Also if you hook up LCS to your environment it will report it as an error there as well (via system diag.)
