The Calculate Deprecation run cannot be posted: it is a calculation.

The result of the calculation is sent to a journal.

Depending on the Value for Depreciation on the Integration tab of your COMPANY Depr Book, the lines are sent to

    - if FALSE : the calculated depreciation lines are sent to the FA journal
    - if TRUE:  the caluclated depreciation lines are sent to the FA G/L Journal

In which journal are you trying to post?
Did you make sure the lines are not (by accident) twice in the journal? It is perfectly possible to run the Calculate Depreciation job twice without posting... this will send the lines twice to the journal.
