i want to know if i could export my solution as a trial version to a specific date or number of activation days. my question is how to set these configuration and where?

No, solutions themselves don't do that. You would need to build in your own web resource or the like to call to your systems and check licenses.
This might be different with the App Store for Dynamics 365, but for just Solutions, there's no "trial" version.
