I have created a channel/workstream and can view and edit:
 


 
However, my co-worker sees this:

 
 
Any ideas on how to resolve for my coworker?

    Hi,
    Based on the documentation, the user needs to fulfil this prerequisite:
    The administrator who configures workstreams must be a system administrator or have permissions to access and modify secure columns.
    You need assign roles that can access workstreams to the user:
     
    Or you can click 'view error details' for further details:
