How to get email recipients from Email Editor after send

In an AL Codeunit, how do I get who an email was sent to after a user has clicked the 'Send email' action on Page 13 (Email Editor). It's being opened in my custom code so I have access to the EmailMessage object that fed the page before the send, but how to get the info after?
I've tried the Event Recorder, but can't see where to get the info I'm looking for. Everything appears to be protected scope?

    After the email is sent, you can look at the EmailMessage table (ID: 131). This table contains details about the email message itself, such as the To, CC, and BCC recipients, subject, and more.
