we have an on premise dynamics ERP implementation, the customer wants to buy a perpetual license (lifetime, no subscriptions) but I am not able to find the proper link or document to check this license requirements and plans in terms of minimum number of users required, prerequisites, and pricing. also, if each module can be purchased as standalone (Finance, supply chain, HR..) or it comes in one package.
Note that I have the dynamics 365 licensing guide for the year 2022, but it clearly states at the beginning that it doesn't apply to on premise solutions.
