Can anyone guide me through creating a lot matrix? The RMS instructions are not clear at all. What I need is a lot matrix that allows me to sell propane bottle exchange for three types of bottles - exchange, no exchange, and exchange w/old valve.

    Hello Hseeley,

    Have you tried to set this up as just a Matrix instead of a Lot Matrix? You might want to do this in your sample database and see if it fits your needs.
