Letter template using DocumentsCorePack

Hi, I cannot manage to get the values of the field "From" and "To" when I create a letter template using the DocumentsCorePack in Dynamics 365. How can I do it?

    Hi Dpiet,

    For using DocumentsCorePack to create a letter template, you can refer following lonk:

    http://www.mscrm-addons.com/Portals/0/MSCRM2015/DCP/DCP_Client_Doku_english_Jan.pdf?ver=2018-01-08-164557-190

    Also, you can try to use document template to create a letter template.

    Go Settings > Template > Document template.
