Query contacts where ALL related records (subscription preferences) = Out (Click Dimensions related)

We recently ran a campaign promoting customers to update their subscription preferences, however a small number of contacts actually submitted the subscription management page (Click Dimensions entity) without selecting any preferences, so essentially opting out.

Is there a way I can query contacts where ALL related subscription preferences = Out?

So far, whichever way I've tried to do it, it always shows me those where at least one = Out (or does not = In).

Any help much appreciated!
