Hello all, I am new to CRM.

I just got a in house promotion for this new CRM Position and I have taken a Power ObjectsI Class just last week. Are there any other resources you guys can reccomend to get more practice and a better understanding of CRM?

You could start here (skip the F&O part, that's for the ERP which is different):

There are lots of information about CRM on the internet but those are a good start.

I think that reading through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 documentation is the best way to learn.
