Hello,
I have run the unification process, set search & filter , and then when I go to my customer page, it shows up empty?
I am not sure where I went wrong

To help us better understand the state of your instance, please navigate to the page Data > Unify. Within this page choose the tab "Match" and review the results of the match process. We recommend you consult this section of our documentation: Match entities for data unification - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Docs for explanation.To share the state of your instance with this thread, take a screenshot of the key metrics. Example from the documentation:

I realized there was a delay in the customer page since it was the first time I ran the merge.
They appeared in the Contact page after refreshing half an hour later
