Dear Forum Experts,

"Credit limit exceeded
Open balance: 114,557.05

Could you please help me how to fix it.

My Second Question is how to categorise the customer as class for example.

Customer1- depends on the daily sale categorise as gold/platinum/silver.

example- Jet prelivige customers will classify as Blue/Blue plus/ platinum/silver like that i have to classify the customer into class based on the sales.

Please remove the second question from the topic, since it is unrelated to the header, and create a new topic for that, otherwise answers would be very confusing that which one is applicable for what.

It depends on what your AR department wants. There could be multiple solutions, but it really depends on what your business decision makers are approving. I.e. temporarily raise the credit limit, or suspend applying the credit limit check for the customer.

    re credit limit

You can decide whether to just have soft control i.e to just get a warning or hard control ie to stop the transaction

You can apply the control both at order entry and at shipping

So you could have a warning when processing, an order and  a hard stop on shipping

To resolve the problem either get the customer to make timely payments or increase the credit limit.  it might 'help' to read the help files.
