Error during Purchase Order Creation from Purchase requisition

Dear Members,

Kindly assist with this error problem when I was trying to create Purchase Order from Purchase Requisition as shown below, Please how can I resolve this.

The Procurement Users needs to be able to manually create PO from released approved Purchase requisition.

Kindly assist with the steps.

    Dear dapdomma,

    I think you have issue to get new PO number. So I will suggest you to check the purchase order number sequence. Match with last PO number created in the system and coming PO number from number sequence. You may find discrepancies there.

    Dear Dapdomma,

    Please have a look to the attachment. In my example last PO number is 33 but my purchase order number sequence says next will be PO number 32. So in this case when system will try to create new PO user will get error for the number sequence that you are getting. Please check setup of your number sequence.

    Hello  Prashant,

    The Users in Procurement do enter the PO number manually but I have set it to be generated automatically and incremental ( to start from where the last manually number created number start from)

    Please can I create a new purchase requisition and then raise a PO now.
