Year End Close Error

Hi All Experts,
we have error raised while year end close process …the steps we did GL–> periodic → fiscal year close → open transactions
the error : total of the transactions in the year is not 0.00. total is -3,598,705.69

Please we need help ,our any solution from back end or Database

    Hi,

    I remember that there was a bug in AX2012. Are you running the latest AX2012 version and have all hotfixes been installed?

    Please check LCS for details.
