Hi there,
We want to write a add-on in the RMS for getting information from RMS as Text file and also updating back to RMS using text File.
Can we write RMS add-on without partners certification?
If possible could you please help us on material for creating add-ons?

Hi Raja.
There is no limitation on being certified in RMS to be able to write an add-on for your needs, but it's good to talk to someone who have RMS technical experiance to make a good add-on. Don't know who is your partner, but I'm sure they can help You on this... On the material for creating the add-on, the implementation guide is again, only for partners, so talk to them first...
