Budget check not working only on Purchase orders

Hi,

I am really stumped at this point after following all the online guidance but I am implementing for a demo the full run through of PO and budget control from PO to actual expenditure posting.

However the PO is not doing anything when the budget check is run but vendor journals are triggering the budget check.

Thank you - however my screenshot shows this is already enabled at the line level

Hi @Mel_D365,

Please ensure that the account used while submitting the Budget register entry is of type Purchase expenditure for expense. Also verify that the correct financial dimensions are selected on the Purchase order referenced in the budget register entry.
