Retail discount mix and match

I would like to know if the following in possible:

Setting the scene: I'm working with Call center orders

1. Our customer want to setup a discount as follow: Customer needs to buy 20 pcs of product/group A or B to get a free product of discount % off. BUT also a minimum of 4 of A and 4 of B

2. Customer needs to buy 12 ea of product A and B combined with a min of 6 each. Then he will get one A and one B for free on top. If he buys 7 of A and 5 of B (sum = 12, but B did not reach mininum) he will only get one of A free on top

3. Can these free products be added automatically to the order without the customer service clerck to know every discount by heart and know which products he needs to add.

    I dint see that you are on Call center. Yes, this feature is only for POS.

    Hi Shefeeque,

    Thanks for the answer. It's in line with what I expected.

    The link to the 2020wave1 feature is only POS no? I'm in a call center situation :)

    1. Our customer want to setup a discount as follow: Customer needs to buy 20 pcs of product/group A or B to get a free product of discount % off. BUT also a minimum of 4 of A and 4 of B. - Rule high lighted in red cannot be achieved in combination with the first rule.

    2. Customer needs to buy 12 ea of product A and B combined with a min of 6 each. Then he will get one A and one B for free on top. If he buys 7 of A and 5 of B (sum = 12, but B did not reach minimum) he will only get one of A free on top. - Rule highlighted in yellow cannot be achieved.The discount nature cannot be dynamic.

    3. Can these free products be added automatic ally to the order without the customer service clerck to know every discount by heart and know which products he needs to add. - Not possible. You can use view available promotions to check what promotions can be applied in a cart.

    That being said, you can achieve all by customization
