Contacts not showing up on hololense?

After adding a user via azure active directory and making sure they are a part of the organization, the contact still does not show up in the hololens.

What am I missing here?

    Can you try to add the user by click new button directly on user form by input the user ID, user name and Email? does it works on that way?

    is there any error when you add the user? I am not sure id the user's domain is supported.
