Hello All,

I have seen several threads related this issue and I am not sure if there are any resolutions. I am a novice at CRM and this is my setup below.

Onpremise servers

one application server with windows 2012R2 server - MS dynamic 365 CRM 8.2 & Portal capabilities 8.3 installed and configured.

one SQL 2014 server (version 12.0.6433.1) Both servers have TLS 1.0 and 1.1 enabled.

We have a security report finding to disable TLS 1.0 & 1.1 and Enable TLS 1.2. When i disable TLS 1.0 & 1.1 and enable TLS 1.2 on my application server, the CRM sites stop working.

Does anybody have any insight into how to enable TLS 1.2 without breaking the sites. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you.
