Units of measure Report

ReportReport
Posted on by 12

Good day mates,

New to using NAV (SAP savvy) and was trying to determine a way to run a report that shows all materials in our system with their Length/Width/Height/Weight and units per packaging. I'm certain there's a way, but I feel like I've looked at every link in the program and can't find anything. I truly don't want to look at each item individually and copy and paste their DIMs out of their unique material records.

Any assistance would be fantastic. Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Don't think there is any report that does that.

However, you can do Configuration Package and export that table 5404 - Item Unit of Measure into excel.

    Hi,

You should develop your own report to do this

Not as in Out of the Box NAV but i will accept both the answers, either you can make a custom OR simply export it in excel.

Even making a custom Report will be very easier.

typically that information is setup in the Item Unit of Measure table

If you mean the Item table, when u refer to the "unique material records", the info is in the Item Unit of Measure table. From any Item Card, Navigate to the Units of Measure. This will open the Item Units of Measure page. Show the necessary columns and remove the filter for the Item No. This will show a list of all Items with their Height, Length, Width, Weight and Cubage. You can apply filters as needed.

That is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!
